Phyliss L. Fillmore

Phyliss comes to Price & Company Realty with over 30 years of personal experience in Real Estate and over 20 years of professional experience in the computer industry.

Phyliss has bought and sold homes in Missouri, New York and Myrtle Beach, where she now happily and permanently resides. She fell in love with the Grand Strand area over 25 years ago and has waited for the right time to move here. Through those years, she has stayed in touch with the Real Estate market.

Phyliss continues to incorporate skills that she developed through her many years and varied assignments at IBM into expert skills for her Real Estate career. She has interacted with people in all aspects and levels of the computer industry and held jobs from programmer through Quality Manager for a group of over 200 people. She is very happy about continuing her career as a Realtor in Myrtle Beach and enjoys helping people find just the right home as well as helping make the selling process as easy as possible.

On a more personal level, Phyliss loves music and dance, particularly Cajun, Zydeco and Contra dancing. She enjoys the natural side of life, walking on the beach or in the woods, traveling to foreign lands, scuba diving and so much more. She has a great zest for life and is feeling more balanced in the beautiful climate that we have in Myrtle Beach. She feels she has "Come Home" and believes that she is finally here at the right time... and is very grateful for that!
